Shipping policy
At Doog Walker Brand, our products are made especially for you.
Rather than maintaining large inventories, we work with professional print-on-demand production partners who create each item after an order is placed.
Production Times
Most orders are produced within approximately 2–5 business days.
Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout when available.
Please remember that production time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping Locations
We work with fulfillment facilities in multiple locations worldwide.
Your order may ship from the facility best suited to produce and deliver your items efficiently.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Occasionally, shipping delays occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Our Commitment
We appreciate your patience while your order is created.
Every Doog Walker Brand product is made especially for you, and we believe original design is worth the wait.
