Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to love what you receive.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Sizing and Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or colors selected during checkout.
We encourage customers to review the size charts provided before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders are submitted for production shortly after purchase.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.
Once an order enters production, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
